
Several Miami County boys basketball players were chosen by the Ohio Prep Sportswriters Association to the All-Southwest District Boys Basketball teams for the 2021-22 season.
Receiving the highest honor in the county was junior Parker Davidson of Bradford, who was a first-team selection in Division IV. Davidson averaged 28.6 points-per-game and 8.6 rebounds-per-game.
Also in Division IV, Parker Penrod of Troy Christian and Newton’s Chandler Peters were third-team selections.
Miami East sophomore Wes Enis was a second-team selection in Division III, while his teammate Jacob Roeth was a third-team selection, along with Bethel’s Casey Keese.
In Division II, Stanley Clyne of Tippecanoe was a third-team selection.
Several more county players were selected as honorable mention in all four divisions.
