
WEST MILTON – The Milton-Union Bulldogs used a strong first half to pull away from Bethel for a 47-6 win in TRC action on Friday.
The win improves Milton-Union’s record to 8-0 overall and 4-0 in the TRC with two games left against Northridge (3-1 in the TRC) and Riverside (5-0 in the TRC).
Michael Elam had a huge night for the Bulldogs, rushing for 123 yards and two touchdowns on just seven carries. Blake Brumbaugh, Cooper Brown, Conner Gibson, Colton Hultgren and Keagan Crow all scored touchdowns as well.
Overall, Milton-Union tallied 332 yards of offense with 245 coming on the ground and 87 through the passing game. The Bulldog defense held Bethel to five first downs and 100 yards of offense.
Through eight games, Milton-Union has scored 346 points and allowed just 40 points. IN TRC action the Bulldogs have scored 201 points and allowed 13.
