
BROOKVILLE – For five innings Milton-Union played stellar on defense where it held Brookville scoreless.
Unfortunately, one inning cost the Lady Bulldogs a potential victory as Brookville scored 5 runs in the bottom of the fifth to overcome a 2-0 deficit.
Milton-Union scored a run in the first and another in the third, but struggled to connect on more hist to break the game open. In all, the Lady Bulldogs managed just three hits in the contest.
Raegan Fulton tossed five innings in the circle and Carly Zimmer pitched the sixth. The duo combined to strike out three and walk just one.
