PIQUA – The Piqua Indians hosted the Miami County Championships on Tuesday and the boys finished fourth in the team standings with 107.33 points, while girls finished fifth with 44.00 team points.
For the girls, Camilla Nicholas won the 100 meter dash (12.56) and finished runner-up in the 400 (59.60) and the 200 (26.08).
Josiah Medley won the 100 meter dash (11.38) and the 200 meter dash (22.87), while the boys 400 meter relay team won in the time of 45.14. Ryan Brown finished runner-up in the 400 (52.28) and Giovanni Barron took second in the 110 meter hurdles (17.40). Mason Osborne also finished second in the discus (120’6″).
The boys 3200 meter relay team finished runner-up with a time of 9:01.99.
