Miami East Viking boys track team won the 13 team Tecumseh invitational on Saturday. The Vikings amassed 127 points. Emmanuel Christian High school were runners up while Tecumseh took third.
Winners for the Vikings included Jayden Hatcher 400 meters, (51,01), Josh Amheiser Pole vault (12’7”), Anthony Putnam Shot Put (42’3”) as well as the 4×200 relay team of Amheiser, Hatcher, Kaden Weldy, and Clark Bennett. Hatcher’s 400 currently stands as one of the top marks in Division 2.
