TROY-The Piqua Indians men’s track team won the team title at the Miami Valley League track and field meet Thursday at Troy Memorial Stadium under sunny skies and warm temperatures. Senior sprinter Jasiah Medley led the Indians with wins in the 100 and 200 meter dashes and anchoring the 4×100 relay team.
Other individual winners for Piqua were Caleb Lyons in the shot and Ryan Brown in the 400 meter dash with the 1600 relay team winning the final race of the evening.
Piqua’s men’s 800 meter relay team also won in a time of 1:32.69.
For the girls, Camilla Nicholas was a double winner capturing the 100 and 200 titles.
