PIQUA – Tippecanoe had a great day at the Miami County Championships on Tuesday as the boys took home the team title and the girls finished runner-up.
Winning individual titles for the boys were Gavin Garlitz in the 110 meter hurdles (16.22), Grayson Ring in the high jump (6’0″) and Evan Liette in the long jump (18’10.25″). The boys 3200 meter relay team also finished first in the time of 8:53.81.
Individual champions for the girls were Kelsey McClurg in the 100 meter hurdles (16.63) and Annie Sinning in the 1600 meter run (5:26.55). The 3200 meter relay team also won in 10:45.12, while the 400 relay team won in 52.97
