
Troy Christian and Miami East tied for the team championship in the TRC with 13-1 league records and both squads received deserved recognition by the league in the All Conference Selections.
For Miami East, who finished the regular season at 20-2, junior standout Wes Enis was selected at the Athlete of the Year in the TRC. Enis led the TRC in scoring with 21.5 points-per-game and was fourth in rebounding with 7.4 per game.
Coaches Justin Roeth of Miami East and Ray Zawadski of Troy Christian were name co-coaches of the year. Troy Christian finished the regular season with a 19-3 record.
Earning First-Team honors were Wes Enis and Jacob Roeth of Miami East, Parker Penrod of Troy Christian, Cooper Brown of Milton-Union, Mike Halleg of Bethel, Justin Chapman of Lehman Catholic and Adrian Davis of Northridge.
Second Team honors went to Alex Free and Frank Rupkin of Troy Christian, Connor Yates of Milton-Union, Donovan O’Leary of Lehman Catholic, Kyle Platfoot of Riverside and Baron White of Northridge.
Honorable Mention in the TRC are Jason Bowen and Eli Lowery of Bethel, Brogen Angle and Britton Miller of Covington, Connor Apple and Bryce Haught of Miami East, Carson Brown and Tyler Kress of Milton-Union, Christian Brusman and Kyle Sebor of Troy Christian, Ayden Clary and Warren Shockey of Riverside, Turner Lachey and Da’Ron Pride of Lehman Catholic, and Deonte Smith and Taron Hill of Northridge.
