Troy Christian baseball and track and field teams have high hopes for successful seasons in 2022.
TROY CHRISTIAN BASEBALL:
Key returners to the roster are Lucas Day, Adam Twiss, Connor Frye, Gavin Blore, Ben Major and Camden Koukol.
Coach Ferraro has high expectations for the team to compete in their first year in the Three Rivers Conference and will attempt to uphold the standards of previous Eagles Ball clubs.
TROY CHRISTIAN TRACK AND FIELD:
We have several amazing returning male and female sprinters and female distance runners this season.
Seniors Zach Weaver, Jonathan Haddad, and distance runners’ juniors Nya Green and Kenzie Rougier.
We also have two phenomenal sprinters/athletes (James Swartz and Hope Carroll respectively. They are
all outstanding leaders in our program this year.
The Troy Christian Eagles are up and running and working hard towards going to the State Track and Field
Championship in Columbus, Ohio this season. Troy Christian has outstanding student-athletes and they
are relentless competitors. They are also smart, have guts, pride, aggressiveness, and they are very
hungry young ladies and young men athletes. They will represent Troy Christian proudly and
competitively.
We at Troy Christian expect our seniors and experienced athletes to be good leaders. In essence,
leadership has so many aspects, but what we want from our athletes is this common element. “To exert
more positive influence than the other members of our team on and off the track”, and take the
inexperienced Athlete under their wings.
