PIQUA – The Troy girls track team earned a team title at the Miami County Championships on Tuesday with 205 team points, while the boys finished runner-up as a team with 121.50 team points.
Taking individual titles for the girls were Leah Harnish in the 400 meter dahs (58.30), Anna Boezi in the 300 meter hurdles (48.53), Leah Harnish in the 200 meter dash (25.76), Renee Kovacs in the 3200 meter run (12:02.98), Kaylee Ludy in the high jump (4’10”) and Sophie Fong in the pole vault (12’1″). Fong’s vault is a new meet record.
Winning individual titles for the boys were Gavin Hutchinson in the 1600 meter run (4:45.62) and the 800 meter run (2:04.77), along with Devon Strobel in the discus throw (124’8″).
