TROY- The Troy girls track team won the team title at the Miami Valley League track and team meet Thursday at Troy Memorial Stadium. The meet was held under warm temperatures and sunny skies and many meet records were broken.
Winners for Troy were:
-Sophie Fong in the Pole Vault with a 12’0″ vault
-Madison Harkins in the shot put at 34′ 10.5″
-Ebony Six in the discus 111’6″
-Anna Boezi in the 300 hurdles with a time of 46:94
-Renee Kovacs in the 3200 with a time of 11:56.68
-Leah Harnish in the 400 dash with a 56.94

For the boys, Gavin Hutchinson was a double winner in the 800 and 1500 meter runs, Braden Coate picked up a victory in the 3200, Devon Strobel won the discus with a 137″6″ throw and Jack Kleinhenz took the long jump title at 21’7″.
