
TROY – The Miami East Vikings took runner-up as team and crowned a tournament-high four individual champions at the Troy Invitational on Saturday.
In the team standings, the Vikings finished with 263.5 points, which was second to Kettering Fairmont (289).
The Vikings had four individual champions, which was the most of any team in the tournament. Covington and Fairmont had three individual champions.
Winning their weight classes for Miami East were Cooper Shore (126), Aaron Mills (144), Drake Bennet (190) and Dustin Winner (285). John Kemp (157), Hunter Randall (165) and Dylan Arthur finished second, while Gabe Cole (113) and Layton Hughes (138) finished third.
